Compassion Hive has moved visit the new site at Practice For Life

It’s an inspiring time for meditation – it’s increasingly widely prescribed by the NHS in the UK, taught in schools, and is being brought to settings ranging from the corporate to community.

Emily OliverI lead meditations which help calm and energise, whilst developing wisdom, mindfulness and compassion.  The benefits of meditation range from reducing anxiety and depression, to increasing satisfaction in relationships, and a sense of joyful gratitude for the simple things in life.

As well as leading mindfulness sessions, I am one of the first UK-based qualified Compassion Cultivation Training (CCT™) teachers from the Centre for Compassion and Altruism Research and Education, Stanford University. You can find out more about classes in the UK here or get in touch to enquire about bespoke meditations in your organisation here.
